1996 – 2000 – «Tetra Laval Group», worldwide leader in Plate heating/cooling exchangers, Flow and Separation equipment manufacturing with 100% Swedish capital, acting in Korolev, Moscow region.

As HR Director, he had the opportunity of successfully creating the HR Department and representing the Company in main public state structures.

2000 - 2006 – «Trinity Automotive Group», Moscow, «Trinity Motors» being the Official Dealer of General Motors for brands: Cadillac, Opel, Chevrolet, Hummer.

Starting as HR Director, he soon has been appointed Managing Director, being remarked for:

successful set up of organizational structure dedicated to spare parts distribution (including shop-in-shop concept, daily deliveries to hundreds of Garages in Moscow), his extensive organizational, coordination and planning skills in multiple fields such as general management, financial, sales and marketing , recruiting, customer network development, logistics, participation to state tenders, acting from the Business Plan Creation up to evaluation stage and even reconstruction of the new Dealer facility. He has also been in charge with the coordination of the distribution of Yamaha and Mercury products (outboard engines, oil, spare parts) in Russia, building up the new business structure, being able to keep up the Company on profit even in the context of management crisis, succeeding to get additional exclusive territory for sales, and achieve shareholders targets.

2006 – 2014 – «ROSGOSSTRAKH Group» – Russian Automobile Fellowship (RAF)

ZAO «AVTOASSISTANCE» Federal company provider of the automotive road side assistance to the automobilists in Russia, CIS and Europe- Moscow. (~ 400 employees in the 18 biggest cities of Russia);

Main Customers in Russia: Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Hyundai, Renault & Nissan Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche and many others.

As Managing Director, Member of the board, he strengthen his top management skills and acquired further knowledge by: setting up QMS in the Company and getting ISO 9001 proved by TUV certificate in 2011, become only one certified company in road side assistance business in Russia.

In 2015 Oleg Tolochko started his career in «LLK-International» (Lubricants Company, part of the "LUKOIL Group") as Head of OEM Department, he has been in charge with the creation of Automotive & Industrial OEM Plan, significantly extending abroad the OEM network, including through new First Fill and Service Fill partnerships and the development of new products.

Oleg Tolochko is currently the General Director of «LUKOIL Lubricants Europe Gmbh» and «LUKOIL Lubricants East Europe», having the mission of building up a powerful Pan-European leading lubricants' producer and supplier.​​
