Responsibility

The Integrated Management System for Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety, implemented in accordance with the SR EN ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2008 standards, is a priority and a key factor for sustainable development.

The implementation of these policies and programs contributes to achieving the following objectives:

• meeting the requirements and expectations of customers and other stakeholders, by delivering all the orders within the required deadlines and without any complaints about product quality;
  

• continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment Protection, and Occupational Health and Safety) by conducting audits (internal or external) and identifying critical areas;
  

• environment pollution prevention by applying environmentally friendly technologies in production;
  

• preventing the risk of injury and occupational diseases of workers;
  

• ensuring awareness, training and motivating employees to create a true organizational culture;
  

• ensuring a long-term partnership with suppliers and customers oriented towards an efficient management of Quality, Environment Protection and Occupational Safety and Health, by selecting those suppliers that meet the requirements under the Company Regulation/internal procedure of supplier selection.
