LUKOIL LUBRICANTS EAST EUROPE is designated as Only Representative of LUKOIL Company in the field of manufacture/import in the European Union,  marketing and distribution of base oils and finished oils.

In this capacity, LUKOIL LUBRICANTS EAST EUROPE registered 26 substances in 2010 and 2013, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 — REACH.

LUKOIL LUBRICANTS EAST EUROPE issued Safety Data Sheets for these substances, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 — REACH and Regulation CLP (EC) No. 1272/2008.
